Classically trained in Thai cuisine (as his namesake suggests) Ty loves food that packs a punch.

Inspired by international flavours, his range of meatballs and sauces embodies home-style cooking that can be tailored to anyone’s tastes.

A dad of three, Ty made the move from restaurants to ready-made meals after he realised there was very little out there in the way of affordable, quality and quick dinners that also tasted great.

Ty still hosts cooking classes around the country and is featured many food publications, radio and TV.
